I have no X-rays or scans. Can I still ask?
Yes. Phone photos of your teeth are enough to start. Our reply tells you exactly which scan to get near home, if one is needed.
How do I send a CBCT scan?
Ask the scanning centre for the DICOM files and put the whole folder into one ZIP file. Email it to cdic.pune@gmail.com with your reference in the subject, or, if it is too large to attach, send a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link.
Who sees my records?
Only the clinic team treating you. Your records are never shared outside the clinic.
